1. Overview

SemiFlows ("the Platform"), is an AI-powered semiconductor process knowledge platform for semiconductor professionals. The Platform provides:

• Semiconductor process flow browsing: complete process flows for technology nodes including 28nm, 14nm, and 7nm, with detailed step descriptions and principle explanations
• AI deep analysis: a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Q&A system based on academic papers, licensed patents, and authoritative textbooks, with citations for every response
• Interactive visualization: visual representations of process flow diagrams and inter-step dependencies

By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Access

You must register an account to access paid features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Content displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to process flow data, AI-generated content, and visualizations) is owned by SemiFlows or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

AI responses are generated from academic papers, patents, and textbooks for reference only. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be the sole basis for engineering decisions.

5. Paid Services & Pricing

The Platform offers two purchase types:

• Technology node access: one-time purchase for lifetime access to the complete process flow content of a specified technology node
• AI deep analysis: monthly subscription including high-volume AI Q&A, citation tracing, and process context intelligent analysis

Prices are as listed on the pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. By making a purchase, you agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds will be processed by Paddle to your original payment method.

7. Usage Restrictions

You must not: (a) reverse-engineer the Platform; (b) systematically scrape or crawl Platform content; (c) use Platform content to train AI models; (d) resell or redistribute Platform content.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SemiFlows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. SemiFlows' maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
