What Paddle collects: When you make a purchase through the Platform, Paddle as the Merchant of Record directly collects your payment information, including credit/debit card details, billing address, and other information required for payment processing.

What SemiFlows receives from Paddle: We only receive limited transaction information from Paddle, including: transaction ID, purchased items, transaction amount, transaction status, and your email address. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials.

Data retention: Transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may contact us at any time to learn about your data retention details.

Data controller: For payment data, Paddle operates as an independent data controller. SemiFlows does not control how Paddle processes the payment information it collects.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights
